Here's a tip...


I substitute pasta for grilled or sauteed zucchini.

  2. The recipe is kinda a hodge podge of left-overs we had in the refrigerator.
    It went something like this...

    Crumbed turkey sausage
    a can of drained diced tomatoes (Italian style)
    Spaghetti sauce- just enough it make the mixture moist and stick together.
    Let it simmer for a while.

    For the zucchini, I just grilled it on the Gorge Foreman grill. I also like it sauteed like this:
