Breakfast Idea



1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Tbsp. milk
6-7 chopped baby spinach leaves
.5 oz mozzarella cheese
cooking spray

Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium heat, add chopped spinach. Beat together egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Add to spinach. Add cheese with the eggs are almost cooked. Let the cheese melt.

1 serving 150 calories with 9 grams of protein.
