Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad
1 chicken breast
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped grapes
4-5 Tbsp Miracle Whip Fat-Free

Cook chicken. I cooked on high in crockpot for four hours with two squirts of fat-free Italian dressing. Once cooked, shred chicken breast and mix with other ingredients. Refrigerate.

Makes 4 Bandster servings with 90 calories and 13.5g of protien per serving.
