Oh my, it was so good. Even my husband was impressed. This one is definitely a keeper.
Cut zucchini in to strips. Dip into a egg and milk mixture. (egg beaters work well) Dip lightly into bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt. Bake until they are almost done. Broil a few minutes for an extra crunch!
