Crab Spread

Classic Crab Spread

8oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1Tbsp. fat- free milk
1/4 finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
4 oz crab meat
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt

Mix cream chesse, milk, lemon juice, salt, onion, garlic. Top with tomato and bell pepper, then crab and parsley. Serve with veggies, pita bread, or crackers.
