Taco Salad

Taco Salad
Meat:
1lb Lean Ground Beef, or Turkey
1 Taco Seasoning Pack
1 Can Black Beans
1/2 Can Corn
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Chopped Mixed Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)

Brown meat and drain. Add seasoning pack with 1/2 cup of water. Add other ingredients and simmer.

Top with anything and everything you like, Salsa, Fat-Free Cheese, Fat-Free Sour Cream, Tomatoes, etc. Serve with Salad.

For the Non-Bandsters in your family, this is great as taco meat, on nachos or tostadas, even as a topping for a Mexican Style Pizza.

Yields: 6-8 Bandster Style Portions
