Strawberry-Spinach Salad

















Salad:
12 oz Fresh Spinach
2 cups Sliced Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

Dressing:
1/4 cup Safflower Oil
2 Tbsp. Salad Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Minced Green Onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Tabasco


Mix dressing together in a jar. Shake well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Clean spinach thoroughly. Combine salad ingredients with dressing and toss.

This salad is a perfect addition to anything grilled. It's great to take to BBQ's!
