I tried a new recipe yesterday and surprisingly enough it wasn't too bad. I am a huge fan of ranch dressing and nothing in my book is ever going to replace it. But when I saw this recipes, I had to try it. It is made with Greek yogurt, a Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing pack, and milk... that's it. I found the recipe on Pinterest. You can find the recipe here.
My calorie count was a little higher than hers. I used a different brand of plain Greek yogurt... that is probably why. But I ended up with 1 1/2 cups of ranch dressing. All together it ended up containing 280 calories with 27g of protein.
1 1/2 cups = 24 tablespoons. 1 Tbs = 12 calories and 1.125 grams of protein.
